Stem Pak Black
U.S. Valve
Stem Pak Black is non-curing pumpable packing that contains a
blend of non-asbestos fibers and fillers in synthetic oils. This
product is specifically designed for high temperature hydrocarbon
service. U.S. Valve Stem Pak Black is available in “J” size
sticks and is pumpable with a high pressure (10,000 psi) lubrication
handgun. |

Service Recommendations
Recommended for use in aliphatic
hydrocarbons, asphalt, hot oil and steam. This product is excellent in
geothermal applications. |

Stem Pak Green
U.S. Valve
Stem Pak Green is excellent stem packing for use on all types of
gate and plug valves. It contains a blend of 100% synthetic base oils
that provides oil resistant performance from –80F to 500F. The solid
synthetic fibers and fillers provide a sure seal and are inert to most
services. For easy injection, U.S. Valve Stem Pak Green is
available in B or J-size sticks and can be pumped with a high pressure
(10,000 psi) lubrication handgun. |

Stem Pak White
U.S. Valve Stem Pak White is a
pumpable packing compound containing TFE-fluorocarbon particles blended
into a synthetic binder. U.S. Valve Stem Pack White is highly
versatile and durable self-molding packing for use in stuffing boxes and
for all types of valves, pumps and mechanical equipment. It can be
either pre-formed manually or pumped into place with a high pressure
(10,000 psi) grease gun. U.S. Valve Stem Pak White is chemically
stable and resistant to most chemicals over a wide pH range. |
